Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Tune Tracker ("the Service"), a product of Revolved Design.
1. Free Trial & Free Tier
Tune Tracker offers a free tier with core features. No payment information is required to use the free tier, and you will never be charged without explicitly subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- You retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
4. Refunds
As a general policy, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Accidental purchase — If you contact us within 48 hours of being charged and have not meaningfully used Pro features during that period.
- Service unavailability — If the Service experiences prolonged downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or credit.
- Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. Plan Changes
If you switch between plans (e.g., monthly to yearly), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused portion of your current plan is not refunded, but may be prorated as a credit toward your new plan where applicable.
7. Account Deletion
If you delete your account, your subscription is immediately cancelled and no further charges will occur. Access to Pro features ends immediately upon account deletion. Refunds for the remaining billing period are not automatically issued but can be requested per Section 5.
